Group training with The Simple Fit Life is nothing like a standard gym class. Every session is planned and led by Dr. Carlotta Peters, Ph.D., CPT — which means real structure, real coaching, and real accountability from the moment you walk in.

Sessions are mixed format so no two classes look the same. Some days are strength focused, others are conditioning or full-body circuit work. The variety keeps your body adapting and your mind engaged.

Whether you train at the studio or take it outdoors, you bring the effort and Carlotta brings the plan. Spots in each session are limited to keep the quality of coaching high and the energy of the group tight.

Conditioning

High-output cardio and endurance work designed to torch calories and push your cardiovascular capacity.

Full Body Circuit

Total-body station work combining strength and cardio elements for maximum efficiency in a single session.

HIIT

Short bursts of high-intensity work followed by active recovery — one of the most effective formats for fat loss and fitness.
